Scott Thomas started his career in 1987 in Job Corp. receiving Tune-up Tech and Service station attendant certificates, then in 1989 with his education from Chemeketa Community College receiving his diploma in Automotive Technology he moved on to the Marine Corp. as a Motor-T Mechanic in 1991 through 1996.
In 1994 he started his own business Affordable Automotive and has continued ever since, In 1997 Scott & Jennifer Thomas began running the business together and Scott has continued his education through out the years so that he can stay on top of the technology of the automotive industry. Jennifer received her Alldata certificate in 2005. Scott is also Master Certified through ASE, he took a short a break to teach automotive repair at the Job Corps. then decided to move the business to another location at 3855 Amber St. Salem, Oregon 97301. As of December 2015 we have moved closer to home and opened at our new location in Dallas, Oregon 888 Monmouth Cutoff Rd. Bldg. B.
